I offer schools bespoke packages based on what they require for their staff. In discussion with the school, I hope to tailor training and coaching to their needs.

I often help school leaders to look at workplace behaviours using a psychometric tool and assist people to consider the way that teams operate and consider how they can become more effective. I run training around communication, conflict and how to manage a team effectively.

I also work with governors and trustees, again looking at leadership and increasingly working with them to refresh or rewrite vision and values.
