My aim is to offer schools a bespoke package based on what they require for their staff. In discussion with the school leaders to look at workplace behaviours often using a psychometric tool to help people to consider how they can become more effective. I also look at communications and conflict and how to manage a team effectively.

Within large MATs I work with all levels of leadership including trustees and executive teams to ensure good, consistent  leadership.

I have worked with several whole teams in the third sector helping them to look at their different strengths and weaknesses and assess how they can communicate more clearly.

I have also spent time developing vision and values workshops for different clients with the emphasis on encouraging all staff to input into and engage with a new visions and or set of values. This has been particularly rewarding work.

I have recently completed an MA in theology from Durham University which, in combination with speaking and leading church events, gives me excellent insight into pressures, complications and delights associated with church work. Consequently, I have led colour workshops for church leaders helping them to think about the way in which they lead and am developing work around conflict and having difficult conversations tailored for church leaders. .
