I recently completed an MA in theology from Durham University which in combination with speaking and leading in churches and at church events gives me excellent insight into pressures, complications and delights associated with church work meaning I am passionate about the need to coach church leaders and support them to create healthy leadership teams.

Consequently, I have led colour workshops for church leaders helping them to think about the way in which they lead and the behaviours guiding them and am collaborating with a church leaders to develop a programme teaching core mediation skills to church leadership teams.

I am also a member of the Diocesan Synod and the Diocese Board of Education.
